WHERE TO START?! I needed two 7 1/2' gates and I needed them sooner than later. I spent a couple of weeks getting estimates. The estimates were all over the place. When I finally decided on one I was dismayed to find he was booked over a month out. I had resigned myself to waiting when I discovered THUMBTACK. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Thank you for introducing me to Tim McMaster!! I gave Tim a call in hopes of getting my gates sooner than one month. Tim responded immediately. He not only was lower than my lowest bid, he could start the following day. This all seemed to good to be true. I was initially put off by Tim's youth but make no mistake, this guy kicks some major butt!! I am so impressed!! Tim is a master welder. (Literally) His work is perfection. My gates are amazing and honestly, far better than I could have hoped for. He even put wheels on them to ensure they don't sag. Tim's work ethic is impressive to say the least. He was polite, neat and reliable. It was truly a pleasure to do business with him. Look no further. You can't do any better than Tim McMaster.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No job can ever get standard pricing, there are too many variables that need to be assessed. If a contractor gives you a standard pricing and encounters a problem, quality is going to fall. That's why I don't do standar pricing all my jobs need to be of McMaster Iron quality!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a firm and exact idea of what my customers need and want so i can deliver exactly as they thought. In general i bring my clients ideas to life!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
C-51 structural iron licensed, 9 years working ironworking trade
