- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is dependent on the client's needs and is always customized to meet their needs at a reasonable rate. Part of my operation is to review expenditures for overpriced services and hold myself to the same standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to interview the client to establish their needs first and foremost. The interview establishes a clear understanding of what they can expect from me and what I need from them to accomplish the goal. Then, when I've figured out what they need and how I can help them, I give the client a proposal laying out the details of what will be provided and what is necessary to do so. If the client is agreeable to the proposal, we're off to the races.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Certified Public Accountant, I go through hours and hours of continuing education to stay up-to-date with tax compliance, financial accounting and tax planning issues.
