- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a diagnostic fee of $65, which will be waived if you decide to proceed with the repair. We offer 10% military and senior discount. Discount will be applied towards the price of the labor for the particular job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians came from the technical background and authorized to work on all major appliance brands. Every technician goes through extensive training annually, to make sure their knowledge is " up to date" with new systems and types of appliances.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been working in Appliance Repair business for over 8 years, from the technician to the General Manager- I've seen it all! While working as an employee I always noticed a lot of things that needed improvement. After gaining enough knowledge I realized- it was time to start my own business.
