- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair, we are not in this to overcharge our clients. We built a business on reputation, repeat clients, and referrals... we couldn’t do that if we were penny pinchers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know what’s important to you and your event. Each client is unique, we just want to add to the special occasion:)
