If only Thumbtack allowed for 11 out of 10 stars. Adam is a true professional in every way. His service, demeanor, focus, punctuality, fairness in pricing, expertise, ability to understand the task(s) at hand, ability to communicate to the customer the required needs of the job, setting expectations, are exceptional. I highly recommend Adam for your job at hand, so much so that I have already talked to him about the possibility of a move in the future to hire him again to dismantle abd then reassemble my universal gym. The job was a challenge as the manufacturer did not pack all the parts necessary and the instructions were merely 40 pages of sketches and drawing which were more on the level of Picasso's cubism period than Ikea Furniture instructions! Adam stayed in contact with us as parts had to be ordered and shipped twice. Adam's enthusiasm for the job never waned and he was as efficient for every assembly attempt as the first time. The only mistake one can make is not hiring Adam for your required job! Thank you Adam. PS: The universal gym works superbly. We truly appreciate your work and patience. We hire the right man for the job!
