I am setting up for my 4th company BBQ using Jesse and his family, Moms recipe is awesome and there service is great. They work very hard to make everyone happy. I invite customers, subcontractors and suppliers so nobody is there at one time, Jesse and his mom didn't have a problem staying later and kept on cooking. The rate to stay late was way fair. and cooking for 100,people is no problem
I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.

Chef Ace was an unforgettable experience. We hired her for dinner on my bachelorette party, and she surpassed my expectations. She arrived early to start preparing and while me and all the girl were still lounging by the pool she brought out appetizers, on a tray and served us. It was such a great touch and really showcased her level of execution. After we all great ready for the evening we came out to a table that was so beautifully set complete with gold silverware, handwritten place cards, palm frond center piece and a desert tower that made you want to skip dinner. But so glad we didn’t. I still dream about the salad, chicken and pasta she served us. It was all so fresh and delicious and the presentation was beyond amazing. She really outdid herself. She was also very accommodating to those with dietary restrictions, making them a special meal that was equally as delicious. I would definitely hire Chef Ace again. Throughout the evening she gave us an unforgettable experience and it was way better than any restaurant we could’ve gone too. So glad I had the opportunity to meet her and eat her wonderful cooking.
Anne came over on a Friday night and lead a great and healthy in home cooking class. She is a great teacher and helped us make a healthy four course menu. The food and experience could not have been better.
My roommate and I are on a kick to just get healthier and we know a part of that is changing our eating habits because we eat out a lot. Not by choice but out of necessity because neither of us can really cook. In comes Chef Renee and Chef Jimmy we weren't sure what to expect because neither of us grew up in cooking families, hence the lack of know-how on our parts. We hired them hoping to just learn the basics but we got sooooo much more than that. We felt so empowered after just one lesson with Chef Renee that we decided to keep going and now we work with her or Chef Jimmy once a week. We feel so much healthier and happier knowing what is exactly going into our food as well as a great sense of accomplishment. My boyfriend also thanks you since I can finally cook him a meal. We still have a lot more we want to learn but they are so helpful and patient that we can't wait to continue the journey.
What is great about working with Steven is that you can tell him what your looking for and your needs and he comes up with the menu. I needed a luncheon catered and said I wanted an Italian feast and on person is vegetarian. Steven put together a menu that satisfied everyone even making the most stubborn man say "That was good. Really good"! His cooking got rave reviews from everyone. I will definitely be using Now We're Cookin' for other events!

Meraki is a Greek word used to describe putting a lot of love, creativity and soul into something which is why Jory Pomeranz chose the name. It is easy to smell, taste and see that a lot of love goes into each Meraki Meal. Jory has a natural ability to combine flavors. He can time every course so they are not only cooked at the perfect temperature, but served at the correct temperature and add flare to something basic like a chicken thigh. Even the grill marks on a piece of chicken are perfectly spread out and just enough to give the chicken a grill flavor without ruining the juicy tenderness we all strive for when making chicken. Jory can make things that you hated as a kid taste delectable. Jory adds spices and sauces up until the minute prior to serving to make sure each plate is perfect. I once saw Jory save what was about to be terrible chicken tacos by creating a homemade taco sauce from a nearly empty refrigerator. With Meraki Meals the food suits the season. Who wants to eat watermelon in October when pomegranate and apples are so delicious. Every Meraki Meal tastes like the season and uses fresh fruits and vegetables. Meraki Meals put a healthy spin on what looks and tastes like a calorie nightmare, but each meal is filled with proteins and vitamins. Not only is the flavor impeccable, the presentation is a work of art. Even when catering for 35-40 people, Meraki Meals are served in beautiful silver dishes. Meraki Meals are great for crowds of any size. I have to make a conscious effort not to scrape my plate clean every time I have had Meraki Meals. I highly recommend Meraki Meals for a party of any size, but especially 8-12 people because this might give the chef a chance to sit and talk with you which is a treat of its own!
Marla makes the best food! So healthy and delicious! I am too busy to cook right now so it is so great to have Marla's help. I really look forward to coming home and seeing a bunch of healthy food in the refrigerator. My kids and husband love the food, and I feel like a great mom again!

Thea teaches cooking classes to the local youth in our shelter. She is an EXTRAORDINARY chef and instructor but what brings her to shine is her ability to relate with our youth. We are extremely grateful to have Thea and her keen cooking talents with us. Hired The Chef to cook for an anniversary for me and my wife. He came and perform his job excellent and we had a great time learning how to prepare meals. For our anniversary she wanted to stay home cook dinner with the family and I couldn’t of asked for a better chef to help me. We incorporated my kids and they wanted pizza so pizza is what we did. Can’t wait for our next encounter and opportunity to work together.
