Introduction: How is this COVID-19 affecting you and why do I care? Everyone is affected by this virus. Whether you self-isolated or ordered to quarantine for 14 days, this takes a toll. Entire industries along with small businesses are shut down permanently. Entrepreneurs are affected; white collar workers, blue collar workers, homeless are affected. No discrimination, no racism, no terrorism. This virus doesn’t care about any of that. Whether you are with your family, loved ones, people you care about, alone with your pets, or just alone, we are all affected. I self-isolated back in February when the news hit the streets about this Pandemic. Just me and my wonderful dog, Mishka. Video calls, texting, phone conversations have not been more important in our lives more than ever over the last few months. Is that enough for our own sanity and peace of mind when we are used seeing people on an everyday basis and having direct contact with them? For me, I enjoy seeing people every day. A smile from a stranger at the store. A “Hello” to someone and a “Hello” back from someone I don’t know. All that taken away from me over night. We are ordered by the government to “Stay at home”. Only are we allowed to go out of our homes if we wear a mask of some sort and for emergencies. Our everyday life as we know it has been changed over-night. We have to adapt to a new way of life. Schools are closed, parks are closed, events are cancelled or rescheduled. Social- distancing has become a household word. Why do I care about your mental wellness? Because I have been close to insanity myself. I have spoken with numerous people who have fallen into a depression like they never have experienced in their life. I have spoken to people who still have their jobs and still go to work only to have their hours cut down and paychecks lower than what they are used to getting only to fall into a deep depression themselves. Peoples budgets are thrown out the window and people are having to start over and revise their way of living. That has thrown their life into a spiral. Homeless are worried about where they can go to get off the streets and feel safe when shelters and homes are full of people not practicing “Social-Distancing" and not being tested for this virus. I have succumbed to depression myself. I am no better than you are. I have overcome it though. Believe me, it is not easy to do when you have all this negativity flying around along with conspiracy theories flying around as well. Who do you believe? Who can you? What do I believe? What is true? What is not true? It takes work every day to get motivated to even get out of bed. So why do I care? I must take care of myself so that I can help you. I am here to assist, guide, motivate, hold you accountable, love, cheer, be a sounding board, be a great friend who you can turn to when everyone else in your life is going to pieces. Someone you can rely on and be on your side. Hold your hand, give you a hug, let you know everything will be okay. Listen to your rants and being upset and mad. I can take it. I have thick skin and don’t take anything personal. I talk to and communicate with incredibly positive people. I work every day to be one of those people. You want a challenge? Be a positive person in a world full of negativity and uncertainty. Let me assist you.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    During this time in the world and COVID-19, I am offering discounts for my coaching sessions. Let's have that conversation and see what best fits your needs and what you can afford.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will start out with 2 complimentary sessions in order to familiarize ourselves with each other and to find out what the client's needs and goals are. From there, we will devise an easy process to follow on how to achieve the desired goals the client wants in fulfilling their dreams into reality.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I educated myself in the art of coaching while I was in the Navy for 24 years. After that, I formally educated myself in the different areas of coaching by studying and being mentored by the world class coach Jeffrey Klubeck.
