- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated at all. A client tells me what the project entails and I take that information and provide a quote based on that information. Once the client approves the price and project details they make a payment and I get started collecting the information I need to begin my process of research and writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take copywriting classes regularly and am always reading books. I am a big believer in continuous learning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been writing my whole life so for me it's almost like the profession chose me. Although I have written a few novels and some non-fiction, I find copywriting offers such a great creative challenge. I'm a very curious person by nature so I am always taking classes and learning more and more about my craft. But what is just as important is that I love learning about my clients business and giving them my best work.
