Why I love Shape Up Studio...There are several reasons. First of all, there is something about that gym that feels different. There's really good energy and the atmosphere feels relaxed and fun at the same time. All the trainers are so kind, approachable and very knowledgeable. I've been going there for a few months now and have gotten to meet Markshane. He's very dedicated, professional, and filled with energy. He takes the time to really listened and help you reach your goals, whether it's loosing weight, training for an event, or simply keeping an active lifestyle. I also love my 30 minute circuit class on Tues & Thursdays with Vinny. That class is super fun and you go at your own pace. Getting massages with Christine, the massage therapist, is also a treat-Especially, when it's in the same building. They have a nutritionist there as well that can guide you and keep you on track. A lot of the comments below definitely resonated and seems that there is a commonality: and that is a great place to train with the support you need. That is why I love Shape Up Studio! P.s. I have been working with Clyde for a couple months and am pleased with our progress. He listened to my goals and has always conducted himself in a professional, respectful manner. Within the first few minutes of our sessions, I am sweating and he keeps me moving and burning. He doesn't baby me - we both want results (low body fat and lean muscle). I have had many trainers in the past and I need one who pushes me past my limits, which is what Clyde does. He brings a positive attitude to our sessions and even the dog and the boyfriend like him. He also brings nutritional expertise and accommodates my vegan diet. I would recommend him to others who are serious about their physique and health, especially if they are looking for a trainer who has additional knowledge on nutrition and physical therapy. I am excited for future results and will post progression photos, hopefully very soon!
Mark is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer and nutritionist. He is always on time, encouraging and has great plans. He also prepares meal plans that help me work towards my fitness--in my case, to bulk up. Mark is friendly and knows how to motivate me to work hard without making me feel overworked or bad.

As a vegetarian (working toward a vegan) and eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains and other healthy foods, and exercising, I was surprised when I began feeling poorly. I was miserable, suffering from bloating, headaches, and overall just feeling awful. My regular doctor was no help, nor was the GI specialist he sent me to--both just wanted to prescribe drugs. I suspected it had something to with the food I was eating, but didn't know where to turn for help. I did some research and am so thankful I found Donna Wolfe. After reading her qualifications I knew she was someone who could help me. At our first appointment she spent over 90 minutes with me, asking questions about my symptoms and listening to my answers (such a change from my primary care doctor). She did the MRT test and when I went back to hear my results, she again spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining everything and patiently answering my questions. It was a lot of information to take in all at once! As I had questions between appointments, Donna answered my emails promptly. Having her available gave me confidence to make the dietary and lifestyle changes she recommended. Within two weeks of beginning the LEAP protocol, I began feeling better, and now most of my symptoms are gone. I have more energy and am running more often, which is a huge bonus for me. I have learned so much about nutrition and how the foods we eat and products we use impact all aspects of our health. I am so thankful that I took the step to contact Donna. It really has changed my life.
