Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

What I appreciate most about prime body works is that they understand the body on a technical level, like an experienced physical therapist. I go there when my lower back and hip pain becomes a distraction. Shawn knows what wrong based upon the pain that I have and ends up massaging me in places where I never know had muscle!

I've had back and neck pain for years and have rarely felt comfort or enjoyment when getting a massage - until Julia. Because I am so severely tight, massages aren't particularly soothing and then I tend to battle a migraine shortly after. Julia knew intuitively the exact amount of pressure to apply, when to add more pressure and when to go lighter. I was able to relax and fully enjoy the experience! Now I understand why people do this often. She was incredible and I can't recommend her enough!
