Introduction: I have been working on computers and websites since I was in High School (A long time ago). I have a passion for technology and enjoy being able to solve issues successfully. Created a website for saving a public school music program. Very professional, takes into consideration your ideas and implements everything needed for an organized, easy to maneuver website. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based mainly on a hourly rate. I do offer fixed rate services for some services, however depending on what needs to be fixed may take longer or less time which I find an hourly rate to work best. In many cases an hourly rate can save a client money if the job is performed in less time than a base flat rate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have an Associates Degree in Information Technology. I also have earned my CompTIA A+ Certification along with my CIW Web Foundations Associate Certification as well. I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and learn the latest trends and I am currently working on obtaining my CompTIA Security Certifications which I hope to have in hand very soon.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been involved with computers since I was in High School. I have always had a strong passion for computers and have made it a mission of mine to stay on top of the latest technologies and resources. I have always enjoyed helping others fix their computer issues along with helping train them on how to prevent future issues and educate them on what types of threats to avoid and good practices to utilize when using their computers.
