Owner and President, Glenn Thompson, was raised on a family-owned nursery in Simi Valley. He launched his own gardening and maintenance company in 1984. Quickly developing an aptitude for seeing a yard and having the vision for its transformation, he moved into the creation part of the business in 1987.
