I love training at The Perfect Workout! It's just what I have been looking for. I wanted something I could do in a short amount of time that would still give me a challenge, and this definitely does! It's an intense 20 minute workout that pushes you to the limit and is also safe. I love how toned I have become and how my muscles are much stronger now. The trainers are professional, attentive and fun. I can't say enough good things about them. You have to give The Perfect Workout a try. It's not like anything else out there and you won't regret it.

This workout is like the yoga of strength training! I love the focus on getting the correct form as well as pushing my body to it's full potential. I always feel super strong after especially when I have someone personally coaching me who knows my goals. It's always been hard for me to push myself. Also, I had no idea that all my machine settings were wrong when I did them myself at a regular gym. The trainers here really helped me understand how important the machine settings are for targeting the right muscles without injury. Not to mention how quick the workout is for my busy schedule!

The Perfect Workout is unlike anything you've ever experienced! I have been doing this workout for well over two years and will be doing it for the rest of my life! There is nothing more effective or more safe out there. I am 6 months pregnant and still I am training 2x/week. The trainers here treat you with the utmost care and respect - they all truly go above and beyond my expectations at every session. I definitely recommend giving it a try - it will be the best investment you'll have made in your life!!

The Perfect Workout is genius! I have been doing this workout for over 5 years now and it has been a staple in my fitness journey. With this workout I have lost over 10lbs within the first few months of doing it, it has completely changed my body composition, AND I was able to do this throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum journey. The awesome trainers got me down to my pre-baby weight before my wedding and I felt incredible! There is no better workout and you cannot beat the time efficiency, especially as a busy mama!
