I took my PC to DC with several issues--most significantly blue screening. Also had issues with it not waking after sleep mode.
DC did an analysis and said hardware was good, that I need to have the disk wiped clean and the OS re-installed. I asked if they guaranteed that would work, but that is a painful, time-consuming thing for me. They said "yes."
That did not work. After several days of valiant efforts by Daniel, I was still blue screening, power issues, plus new issues like losing internet connectivity.
I finally gave up and took it to Frys, who resolved all issues. DC did not refund any portion of the fee I had paid, even though I was told their solution was "guaranteed."
