Introduction: Having grown up on a steady diet of rom-coms and Jane Austen, I've always had a passion for romance and weddings.
I've worked in the event industry for the past three years, and been a coordinator for dozens of corporate, social, and non-profit events.

Montana is a wonderful wedding coordinator/planner. She advised and helped with everything. She recommended a florist who did a beautiful job at an excellent price, a fantastic photographer, and handled so much of the planning with the event space and overall decoration. I cannot recommend Montana enough-- if you want a stress-free event done beautifully she is your go-to person.

I can't recommend Montana enough to be your go-to coordinator for your wedding! I got married on 9/17 and never met her in person until the day of my wedding. She helped me plan a west coast wedding while I was on the east coast and was able to give me peace of mind when I had to have items shipped to her in preparation for my big day. On my big day, she handled all the logistics and dealt with the vendors.
She was so great with making sure everything ran smoothly that I even forgot she was there (and that is exactly what I wanted on my big day) and I was able to completely enjoy my big day. If I ever needed a planner for anything, she'd be the first person, I'd call.

Before hiring Montana for our wedding, we interviewed 6 other wedding coordinators and Montana immediately rose to the top. She was willing to listen to how we wanted our day to be like and offer practical suggestions on making this happen. She made herself available the month and weeks leading up to our event answering all of our questions and offering reassurance that things would go smoothly. Montana followed through in communicating with all of our vendors and took detailed notes on how we wanted our ceremony and reception to be set up. On the day of, Montana was punctual, efficient, and confident as she took on directing all of the vendors and setting things up. She was so pleasant throughout the process and it was money well spent. When I look at my wedding pics now, I appear relaxed and fully present for my wedding day and not worrying about anything. I credit Montana's work for this because she had everything under control from start to finish. I highly recommend her!

Montana from Pearls and Pemberley and Tricia, Montana’s assistant, were amazing! Montana was very responsive throughout the process and ensured that our final weeks before the wedding were less stressful by communicating with vendors on our behalf. Even with many last minute changes she was flexible and a pleasure to work with! She & her assistant decorated the venue beautifully even on limited time (our venue only provided two hours to set-up)! She was a true professional and I would definitely recommend working with her for any of your events!

My wedding was held June 2022, the whole thing was completely DIY with the help of friends and family. However, we did decide to invest in a coordinator, and it was the best decision we made! Montana was absolutely amazing, there are no words to describe how much she had done for us.
Although we only hired her as a day of coordinator, she was with us every step of the way. She was willing to come over multiple times as and visually see the whole set up we had planned and help us get organized with the little details. She was even down for crazy ideas like a bride stealing and a piñata.
Although pre-wedding it is crazy as expected, we had a bunch of changing plans by the minute, and Montana kept up flawlessly. As they say, what can go wrong will go wrong. My photographer called out the day before with Covid, we found a new one. Our Dj and MC who were our friends got covid, we found speakers and Montana made sure the right music was played for all the important events. A groomsman landed in the hospital and could not make rehearsal, she made sure he knew when to walk the day of. A server I hired did not show up, Montana got them to send someone else and I did not know there was even a problem until later when it was all handled!
My wedding was magical and completely stress free. We had so much fun and Montana and her assistants helped make sure we were taken care of and fed. Even my mom has been telling me how thankful she was that Montana was there.
