Introduction: I'm Brittani Bo Baker the next generation visionary of Bubba's Boneless Ribs and Bubba’s-Q Food Trucks/Catering. Our menu is centered around our Patented Boneless Ribs, this is a real rib that has been dry rubbed, slow smoked, and out through our Patented Process where the bones are removed leaving an intact slab of rib meat to be enjoyed with a knife and fork. “No Mess, No Fuss.” We also serve our boneless ribs on top of loaded Baked Potato, Fresh cut french fries, and our extra cheesy Mac n cheese. In addition to our signature item. We also offer the traditional slow smoked meats like fork tender pulled pork and juicy beef brisket. Our southern sides are recipes passed down from generation.
