FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Pricing is usually lower than other services, as the overhead required by those services is not necessary and excessive. 2. First meeting to get to know each other and generate comfort and confidence is provided at no charge. These meetings are usually 30 minutes. 3. Background checks have been completed and have no issues. You may review a copy if desired. 4. Services are insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Generally a meeting (no charge) is a good idea to understand communication and service expectations, generate confidence that your pet will be well taken care, and to show details such as access, leash, harness, food, water and kennel requirements. 2. You are informed when I approach your home, when I arrive, as walk starts, and when the walk is complete. 3. Pictures are taken and sent with a short report of the service. For walks, a link to a map of the walk is included with the report. The report will also include specific status or details you may have requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have raised many dogs through my life, for myself and my kids. Now I help my siblings and my kids with their dogs. Currently, the smallest is a Dachshund and the largest is a Mastador (Mastiff and Lab mix), with German Shepards and mixed breeds in between. I have outlived at least four dogs, one dying at home of natural causes, one at the vet after surgical complications, and the others put to sleep while being held in my lap.
