They did a great job! He came out, gave me a very fair deal! And was installing my system that very week. Can’t say enough about how professional and fast they worked. Would definitely recommend and use again. Can’t say enough about how great the work is. Very pleased!Mar 7, 2018Verified
Very professional experience. Was able to replace a faulty wall heater within 24 hours and quality of the work was exceptional. I will work with Rick again in the future.Feb 15, 2018Verified

Great experience. Ricc was not only responsive and professional, but he managed to keep my anxiety levels down throughout the entire process. The work was top notch and delivered at a reasonable price. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!Jul 27, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing system is simple, it usually includes all material, labor and taxes. Its followed by a payments schedule and progress payments if a job will take more than a few days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically let the customer set the pace. I offer solutions and listen to their needs. Honestly most clients have done the research. These days it’s more about accommodating their schedule and being responsive then “selling tactics”. I would say I approach each new customer as if I were in their shoes. If I was to spend thousands of dollars what are my expectations ? I try to get to a happy comfort level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an electrical engineer and I continually seek out education building classes. Recently I am enrolled in sigma six classes which help streamline manufacturing, I have enrolled in additional education and looking to achieve my masters.
