- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of your home, as well as the type of cleaning requested. All cleaning supplies are included in the price — there are no hidden fees. We also offer discounts for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and for larger or long-term projects. Add-on services such as fridge, oven, or window cleaning can be added for a small additional fee. We always provide an upfront quote before starting any job so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing your specific cleaning needs, schedule, and priorities. We confirm details such as the size of the home, preferred date and time, and any special requests or add-on services. Once everything is confirmed, we send a professional cleaner (or team) fully equipped with all necessary supplies. After the cleaning, we check in to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the results. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free — so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable space without any hassle.
