My sessions are intended to connect your mind, body and soul through movement, sound, meditation, breathwork and bodywork. With family roots in Hawaii, I posses aloha vibes and incorporate a gentle, yet deep Lomi Lomi massage style from the islands and various modalities from my travels and study. I fell in love with the Ayurvedic massage and body treatments and nutrition I experienced in India and offer a unique Ayurvedic massage treatment involving medicinal oils and hot herbal packs (hot poultice) that melt all the aches and pains and stress away. I have created a series of sessions combining modalities to serve and enliven your mind, body and soul.
