FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 an hour for any moving job. The clock starts at the point of arrival at the job site to termination of project. I usually bring a helper for moving large items. No heavy items that can't be moved by two men(up to 250 pounds). I specialize in moving personal belongings into storage units. Jobs which require rental of 12, 16, or 22 feet box truck cost will be added to labor. I applaud all military officers retired/active, healthcare workers, police / fire department employees and educators with a 20% discount off confirmed offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first make sure to read all the details the customer provided on the app and study pictures that were included to make sure that I have the right equipment for the customers job and then contact the customer for availability, discussing equipment necessary for the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have six months experience moving furniture exercise equipment tables dressers nightstands boxes and personal belongings with Lugg and with my own van I have also rented bigger trucks and used different types of equipment to accommodate the customer
