- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we do has affordable month-to-month pricing and is broken down by days per week a client would like to work out. Pricing for 60 minute sessions is as follows. 1 day p/week $160 monthly ($40 ea) 2 days p/week $210 monthly ($26 ea) 3 days p/week $260 monthly ($21 ea) 4 days p/week $310 monthly ($19 ea) 5 days p/week $350 monthly ($17 ea) We also over 30 minute sessions for $50 less a month, as well as offer worthwhile prepayment discounts and incentives for working out with family or friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start everyone with a initial consultation so we can go over their goals, medical history as well as allowing us to learn a little more about them. We then start or schedule a fitness assessment with a trainer, this eliminates any guesswork and allows one of our trainers to see someone's starting strength levels, as well as let us know if any movement bothers the body in any way. After the assessment we begin with differing goal orientated workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only employ nationally certified trainers with a background in athletics or fitness. After being hired all of our trainers shadow for a minimum of 2-3 months before working with clients on their own.
