- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All of our desserts are custom made to order from scratch. We take care in creating the highest quality cakes and desserts. All of our pricing for cookies, brownies, pies and cupcakes are listed on our website littlesugarkitchen.com. For our custom cakes, each cake is unique in design and price. Therefore, the price is determined by the serving amount that is desired. Our buttercream cakes start at $6 per serving and our fondant cakes start at $8 per serving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For new customers, we like to set up consultation appointments. The appointments can be in person, by phone or email. We want to make sure we get all of the details right for your special event! We also have cake and dessert tastings along with the consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Little Sugar Kitchen is a certified cottage food operation by the county of Los Angeles health department. Bakeshop owner, Tiffany has an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry, a ServSafe safety and sanitation certificate as well as 10 years of training and work in the baking industry.
