Introduction: My name is Chef Carlos and I have been a Chef/Executive Chef for over 20 years in San Francisco. I got my start under Michael Mina at Aqua restaurant in the city. I now reside in Tracy and love being able to create a private chef experience or caterings for clients. Chef Carlos and his team are simply amazing. It was such a pleasure to book him for a dinner party of 11. Each course was absolutely delicious. Chef and Sabrina felt like family and really were so awesome and down to earth. We had an amazing dinner party and look forward to booking him for future events!

We had Chef Carlos for our holiday family party There were 10 of us, 3 children. We had a lot of dietary needs. Chef was very supportive and had some great ideas for our menu. Everything was delicious. My gluten free people were so excited about the apps and meal that they were able to share. There was a miscommunication on some of the food and Chef Carlos realized it quickly and made changes and corrections right then He was punctual and very kind to everyone. He even let my Grandchildren help with dessert. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend or ask Porras Solutions to Cater again

Wow!! Just wow! Chef Carlos and his team helped me recreate my wedding menu as an anniversary gift/surprise to my husband (and served it in the location of our dreams!). His creative vision was amazing, his willingness to find a way to make it work (serving hot food in cold weather, beside the Golden Gate without an electricity source!) was outstanding, and his final execution in both experience details and food quality was better than I could have even envisioned it! Truly impressed. I wish I could give more stars. He was a delight to work with and delivered everything on time with such an enjoyable personality. I will dream up reasons to get to work with him again!
