I have been one of Sarah's students for three years. Among several Pilates instructors whom I have observed, she stands out as truly exceptional. She is a keen observer of the exercises that her students perform, correcting errors gently in a respectful manner. Sarah has spotted weaknesses in my body and proceeded to introduce special exercises to strengthen those weaknesses. Both my wife and daughter have counted on improvements in my posture and body tone during the time that she has worked with me. She has a huge repertoire of Pilates exercises. Even after three years, she continues to introduce new exercises! I wish that I might have encountered her many years earlier. Sarah is a gifted teacher.
I snapped my tibia and fibula in January of this year that required surgery, hardware, extensive recovery and PT. I started working with Jordana twice a week because I was still really unbalanced and physically afraid of doing much beyond walking. She was such a gift at that time to me and I cannot really express all the positives about my experience with her. She helped me get my muscles back in alignment after the nasty atrophy that occurred, she did it with humor and physical awareness and kept me on task with kindness and constantly pushed me to do better and reminded me of how far I'd come. As a trainer and person I can't recommend her highly enough; Jordana is motivated, professional, kind and highly knowledgeable about building the skills for physical recovery.
Ashley is an incredible pilates instructor! She is very professional and such a joy to work with. I have back and shoulder issues, and she is so knowledgeable about the kinds of movements that are beneficial for me. She is extremely helpful and I would absolutely recommend her for anyone!
By far, Bess is the best Pilates instructor I have worked with. She gets to know you and your body so she can customize the right program for you. Bess was instrumental in getting my core in shape before a major spinal surgery. Let me not leave out she is super fun to work with.
Meltem is a wonderful teacher. I’ve been seeing her twice a week. She is very knowledgeable about the body and different moves. She pays attentions to details and corrects my body posture each time when it’s off. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to understand their needs. She is well prepared to each session and I feel I have a better strength after each meeting. Her expertise in creating a very personable experience makes the session goes by very quickly besides she is very professional and has a sweet personality. Also, I really like the fact that she’s reliable on scheduling etc. I recommend her to all my friends.
CJ is fantastic. She's on point when it comes to addressing her clients need and does so with patience, confidence and just enough humor to keep you feeling good. I just started with private Pilates sessions based on a friend's recommendation, and thanks to CJ I'm hooked (and this coming from a woman who has really never found a form of exercise that could keep my attention while also making me feel like I'm getting results.) You want your butt kicked? CJ is your girl. But, if you had a hard day and just want to follow through on your exercise plan without feeling like you're going to die, she can handle that too. (I think she'd prefer to kick butt, but she's got too much heart to beat you down.) I'm confident that with continued practice she'll get me whipped into shape in no time, and I'm going to love every minute of it!
Jayne is a marvelous instructor. I've worked with her for several years and have learned more about how my muscles work than with all the other martial arts, dance, yoga and fitness instructors I've studied with in the past 60 years. She really understands bodies and alignment.

I have been taking pilates classes from Brielle since Oct 2015. I cannot say enough great things about her class! Brielle is very conscious to ask all students if they have any injuries or if they would like her to concentrate on a particular area. I typically leave feeling not only stronger and taller but so relaxed. Somehow, she makes it a meditative workout. Over the 4 months I have been taking her classes I am considerably stronger and more flexible. I find her the most encouraging when she challenges us to focus and have our "strong moment". (Watch out, she'll say this right when you're ready to give up.) Brielle is very good about emphasizing healthy life decisions, which I really appreciate. I will be honest and admit I haven't always led the healthiest of lifestyles. I feel so good after her class and want to carry that feeling for as long as I can so I now try to make healthier life decisions by thinking twice about the foods I eat and activities I do. I think, most importantly, Brielle is a great teacher due to her attitude. She is so supportive and friendly. i felt immediately at ease taking her class.
