Call or Walkthrough and discussion of the property and any particulars in the space or about the materials to be cleaned, or walk through. Initial cleaning at a standard estimated rate, then future cleanings potentially adjusted ( up or down) based on first clean.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with locals and 2nd home property owners who do short-term rentals, or come up to Tahoe occasionally.
