- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered my talent for writing back in 2nd grade when the local newspaper published a poem I’d penned. Since then, I have edited a scholarly university journal, in which I was also published. I’ve tutored undergraduate students in writing and taught SAT verbal prep for The Princeton Review. I scored in the 95th percentile on the GRE Verbal exam and have edited and formatted doctoral dissertations and masters theses. Also, I earned a BA in History and an MS in Instructional Design & Technology.
