I had my front lawn completely removed and a design created by Rodea's. The lawn is now partially synthetic, river rock, bark, and shrubs and plants. Gustavo works really hard (sometimes on his own), is more than willing to change the design you have asked for once you see it being created, and will work with you on price, although you have to pay as you go during the work. I'm assuming this is because he cannot afford to purchase materials ahead of time to complete a job. My biggest concern is that there doesn't seem to be any follow through on finishing up the project, especially once the last payment was made. There are items that clearly need attention and some unfinished items that were notated when first designing the project that haven't been completed. I've e-mailed several times, and although I get a response back, I don't get the work. I think things could have been completed in a more timely, and accurate manner.

I asked Sprinkler 911 to remove the old sod and sprinkler system. Level yard, add new sprinklers and connect new sprinkles to house plumbing and timer. Alvaro Nava wasn't the cheapest of all the bids I got but I was attracted to his professionalism, timeliness, and communications by phone and text. I found him to be easy to work with open to ideas, but willing to share with me the best way to proceed. He gave me a bid that I thought was too high and we re-worked some expectations and ideas and cut it back to fit within my budget. My first bid was in March but I wasn't ready to proceed until May. Alvaro didn't push things but stayed in contact with me. In the end the new yard looks great, sprinklers work like a champ. It's almost been month and the lawn looks great. Alvaro has called to do follow-up seeing how the lawn is doing. I am completely satisfies with his work and will eventually have him redo my back yard too. JPL's service was excellent. He arrived on time and did a great job of moving the furniture and equipment to the locations I needed on my property. He and his assistant were very conscientious in their handling of items and performed the move in a safe manner. I would highly recommend JPL for future projects.

We hired Budget Moving to move our 5 bedroom house and they were fast and professional and in uniform the moving crew were 3 men that were phically fit and clean cut. they had great customer service and made sure we were comfortable. the owner himself came to check on the job to make sure we were happy with the quality of work. The price for the move was a fair and reasonable compared to other moving companies we had called. they handled our furniture with care wrapped and covered our furniture with padding to protect our belongings. I had a couple of couches and a two cabinets inside my bedroom I needed removed and these guys came in and took care of everything very fast and very efficient plus they had great great customer service. I would definitely recommend their service to all.
