- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
unlike many companies out there, our pricing is very direct. we don't dilly dally with numbers. the last thing you want is to be halfway through a project and be slapped with change orders because the contractor didn't foresee an issue or charge you enough to make money to begin with. we will consider all possibilities and provide allowances for incidentals that might come up. we might not be the cheapest out there, but we charge a fair market value and provide exceptional service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initially, we come out and take very detailed measurements. every inch, every corner. once measurements are complete, we are happy to provide a detailed, itemized estimate. once the estimate is approved and material is selected, we order materials. once materials are in, we can start demo and get things going from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
used to be the sales manager of a flooring store in 2007. was unhappy when the quality of workmanship and the variety of claims coming in due subcontracted installers. started my own company with in-house employees only so that we can exceed the quality of service people expect.
