Pet Boarding
Golden days pet service was a very good choice for us money wise and they have excellent service they took care of our two dogs and our two cats who stayed home and they took care of them send there daily report collecting our mail and cleaning their litter boxes you can’t have better pet care than that plus their rates are good too they are very professional with great customer service. I’ll hire them for future services for sure.

Michael has been a big help to Lily and me. I work long hours and Michael has been a life saver. I appreciate his promptness and excellent organizational skills. He is reliable, very caring to my pet Lily, and a great photographer. He has sent me so many great pictures. I would highly recommend Michael. He is doing an excellent job. Lily tells me how nice he is! If you need someone to help out with your pet Michael is the go to person.

Michael was a life saver I had originally signed up to use another girl and she just no showed. Michael was so professional and assured me that my cat would be taken care of I was very pleased with the service they even left little report cards and everything they did. I used Golden Pet Services once before for a long weekend for cat feeding/litter box cleaning services. The company seems very professional, and setting up the service was seamless (as they have an online booking website). Michael, the owner, was responsive and sent daily photos and updates on the cats. I will definitely use his services again.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on the service the client is interested in we will set up a meet and greet either at their place, for pet sitting and dog walking, or at my home, for dog boarding or doggy day camp. From there, if we're all in agreement that ts a fit, we help the client select the best price plan for their needs and budget, we discuss and document their pet care requirements, agreements are signed and service begins. Clients have access to book services through their private account which is available 24/7 on our online client portal. They can also assess electronic report cards with photo updates from their pets' adventures, send us text messages or emails, update care instructions, etc, all online 24 hours a day.
