I contacted Erik about my low water pressure in my bathrooms. He recommended a new water heater as not only does it cause low water pressure but it was extremely old. So I bought a new one from HD and he was able to pick it up, instal the new one and haul away the old one on the same day. Very professional and very prompt. Thank you, Erik.

The pipe under my kitchen sink burst late at night. Erik contacted me very quickly and came out and fixed my pipe in an emergency, he is the best! Used him again for a few other issues I had around the house. He definitely knows what he's doing, very professional and I affordable. Would recommend to everyone, thanks again erik!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate , I usually have customer buy/pay for material ahead of time to cut overall price down, there's no material mark up price that way I can charge just for my labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just depends I work with different types of customers, home owners, realty management, airbnbs and renters each one is a different process, I like to go see what needs to be done determine if I'm supplying material or if they are then get started as soon as they are ready.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started plumbing in 99 I'm on the job trained have experience in all phases of plumbing
