Laura uses soothing, deep tissue and trigger point work, combined with sports massage style movement. She recommends postural techniques that improve mobility and body awareness. She is proficient and has the ability to provide a session for all bodies and abilities. She is committed to holding a safe and informative space for healing and growth. Inspired by her own healing, Laura developed a passion for alignment, movement and proprioception. By taking advantage of many healing methods, she began to acquire an understanding of her own anatomy. Through a devoted yoga and movement practice she realized the potential to heal the self, and hopes to share that perspective with all of her clients. Laura attended CofC studying Biology and Environmental Studies, finding a career as culinary gardener, and fine dining employee. In 2017, Laura completed the 600 hour program at Asheville School of Massage and Yoga, studying 12 varieties of classic and modern massage modalities. Soon after, she acquired training in neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release.
