- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Not two businesses are the same. Your business or current accounting system need to be reviewed first. Customized accounting package can be chosen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all, FREE discovery call will be booked to find out if we are a good match in order to serve you. Second, I need to review your current business accounting system/file. You can choose your bookkeeping needs. Third, proposal will be sent out. If clean-up/catch-up need to be done your books, I will perform those first before starting monthly bookkeeping.

I am a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and member of American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
