- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It’s all about you. Our first session will be an introduction so that I can learn all about you so that we can make the most of your training. What you were doing was not working. It’s time to change that. Let’s develop a plan to move forward toward your goals and reach them. We will review and evaluate your health history, and any injuries that are keeping you from your goal. We will then take a look at your exercise history and prior nutrition habits. We will basically be designing a roadmap from where you are now to where you want to be. We will set up a training schedule and lifestyle patterns that will work with your schedule to ensure your success. This session will take us about an hour, but it is important that we set the right foundation to reach your goals. Anyone can tell you to lift a dumbbell, I will tell you why and which exercises will make every rep and set you do count. We will set up a program and training schedule that will meet your wallet's fitness as well as your body's fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my certification through National Academy of Sports(NASM), this certification allows me to train nationwide. I also received 2 of my credentials through NASM, nutrition and Performance Enhancement specialist through NASM, and am currently working on getting my next credential on Corrective Exercising, to better help those in discomfort in and out of daily activities.
