Latest Review: Dima is the best personal trainer I've ever had! He created a personalized fitness plan specific to my goals and my schedule. My focus was around strength training. The best part was that he also taught me basic information that I needed to know in order to modify my fitness plan over time in order to make it more challenging or in order to fit my changing daily/weekly schedule. Not all trainers are willing to share their secrets, but I definitely felt like Dima really cared that I reached my goals and that he was willing to share whatever knowledge necessary in order for me to do so! He was always approachable, understanding, patient, and easy to work with, but was also tough, constantly pushing me to exceed my own expectations. I'm one of those people who can get pretty lazy, but Dima was always encouraging and kept a positive attitude! Positivity is key! He knows what he is doing. He has knowledge from formal training/education, but more importantly, he has personal experience as a health and fitness fanatic who is constantly striving to improve himself. He's one of my fitness role models, and I am constantly thankful for everything he has taught me!
