A great experience. We recommend Krista to anyone who's looking for Marriage and Family Therapy services.
Diana is an incredibly compassionate, present, and interactive therapist, and she is incredibly committed to healing and her clients. I have enjoyed my consultation work with her and look forward to future work together.
Jay is an excellent therapist. He is compassionate, thoughtful and very well trained. I know Jay through working alongside him and he has always been consistently brilliant and thoughtful in the approach to his work. I often refer clients to him and know they will be treated well. He has an inviting and effective approach to therapy.
Leslie was warm and easy to talk to, and she did a great job of explaining Timeline Therapy and how it is useful. She was also terrific about checking in to see if I had any questions. She was extremely present with me, listened intently, and really worked to help me see my timeline and the goal I placed in it clearly. I look forward to working with her on bigger issues in the future.
I was Sebastian's client for 8 years. I have not worked with him for 5 years now but will gladly do so again when necessary. Sebastian's practice centers around authenticity. He works with you to develop an understanding of your authentic experiences and feelings and helps you to evolve this into a healthy, vibrant framework from which you can approach the world in a confident and loving manner instead of in a fearful and reactive one. Your problems don't go away but you become better equipped to face them as well as the greater challenges to come, rather than hiding in addiction, fantasy, or denial. While ultimately satisfying this is not easy work. Sebastian approaches the process with tremendous love and compassion but also favors pushing and encouraging you to move forward rather than coddling you. He also leans more toward the Humanistic school of psychology rather than the classical one which means that he will bring in his own personal experiences as part of the process, discussion, and frame of reference. This can be enormously beneficial but may not work for everybody. It worked for me because our background and trauma were similar and as a result I was able to trust the process based on example rather than theory. A balancing act is inevitably required when the Therapist brings his/her personal experiences into the process. How much of this is relevant, helpful, or appropriate? Sebastian is a willing collaborator in this balancing act and is open to hearing if you think it is too much or you would prefer a more neutral approach. Collaborating on that balancing act was also great practice for me to define and hold boundaries. Sebastian also practices Trans Personal psychology which means that the work you do with him extends beyond your individual identify and experience and embraces spiritual, and cosmic dimensions. It is my personal conviction that any healing practice be in therapy, 12-step program, or personal development will by nature have to encompass a spiritual element. There is no healing within the individual mind at all for the simple reason that it's resources are limited and it's context inadequate. Other things I like about Sebastian is that he has heart and he has a sense of humor. He is also a flawed human being and fortunately will not try to hide behind a veneer of spiritual tidiness. Though Sebastian worked well for me and many others, he is not for everybody. Check in with yourself about what approach feels safest and most appropriate for you. Hopefully this review helps, whichever direction you choose.

One of the best facials I have ever had. The sound therapy is unique. Highly recommended!
I started rediscovering myself when I discovered Andri. I called for her help two years ago when I was feeling lost and unsure about my career and life purpose. Her unique coaching method and healing process were invaluable and exactly what I needed on the movement forward. I gave her my full trust and in return I got priceless information about myself and my world, whom she turned upside down with her grounded, positive and inspiring counseling. I am now a happy freelancer moving closer to fulfilling my dreams and I thank her for that! Shes not just a life coach for me any more she is a coach for a lifetime and I know I cannot recommend her enough!

I am a certified massage therapist who understands that no two people are the same and each person has his or her own needs. I do my best to provide them with their own individual experience tailored to fit them personally.
I love what I do because I love connecting with people, and I genuinely care about my clients. I incorporate a variety of techniques, including somatic and transpersonal, but I believe that the relationship that develops between client and therapist is perhaps most important in the healing. I work well with trauma, anxiety, depression, and spiritual emergency. I look forward to meeting you!
I have known Srini for over eight years and continue to be inspired by him. He is an incredibly intelligent, generous, authentic, and compassionate person. As his client, you will feel supported, understood, and enlivened. He cares deeply about his clients and his work and develops strong connections with his clients. I imagine you will look forward to your weekly sessions with him, not only because he is a masterful therapist, but also because you will most likely have fun doing it.
