Introduction: We cook various American and soul food dishes, such as shrimp and spinach enchiladas, salmon croquettes, smothered red potatoes, BBQ and deep fried ribs, collard and mustard or turnip greens, mac and cheese, candied yams and oxtails, and smothered pork chops and chicken.
We love to cook. Excellent service will be provided, and various desserts are also available.

Wards knows food! We regularly use their services for our annual weekend of activities on Lake Mead. The quality of food, quantity, selection, and value is incomparable. They know how to buy fresh ingredients, safely store ingredients, quickly prepare meals, and present the elements in a tasty and enjoyable experience.
To add to that, I know no one that loves preparing meals as much as Del Rio. She prepares the most unique and flavorful twists on items known to man. If you have a chance to taste their food, or better yet, have them cater an event for you, rest assured, there will be silence when the food is prepared.
