FAQs
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There is this 1950's home in Upland that had a small kitchen off from a dinette and what was once considered a 12x12 living room. The home owner needed more space to satisfy her passion for backing and entertaining. When I first seen the home I asked in love she was with the walls that separated the three room. I presented her with a plan that consist of knocking out the walls and opening up the space to one big room. And we did. after the project was completed, she had 2 ovens, a baking center with a built in mixer shelf, a large butcher block island, a bar and quadruple the counter space. there was no need for the small living room because the had added on a family room a few years before. so this now became their new dinning area, open to the kitchen.
