Sky was really awesome-- he was friendly, personable, detailed and informative. I appreciated that he took photos of an issue with the heater, and explained it all in a way that was easy to understand. He gave other suggestions that were really helpful. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We would like to obtain your information to offer you the best resources our company has to offer. We ask first and last name to put on your account, your property address that requires the services, an email address to send all invoices and estimates to since we are a paperless company. We also ask for a mobile phone number so that our customers can utilize our notification text messaging where they are able to communicate with us via phone texts. We send out a confirmation text of their appointments with the names of the technicians scheduled to come out to their homes so that they have that extra level of security and comfort. We also send out a text message when the technician is on his way to their address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our technicians go to multiple training courses throughout the year with many different focuses. They stay up to date on all new equipment that are in the markets as well as new safety codes or recommendations that may go along with that. This helps our team stay aware of all different types of equipment we can that will match our customers specific needs, as well as remain current on things such as recalls or upgrades as they come out.
