2 Tipsy Chicks did an outstanding job bartending our party. Wendi was very helpful in planning the amount of alcohol we needed for the party and she made a custom bar menu for our party. She also made a signature drink for the event. Wendi was extremely helpful throughout the entire party and I will definitely use their service again.
Debbie and Val did a wonderful job for my Babyshower (April 30, 2016). All I had to do was tell them the colors and location and everything else was done. It was a coed family and friends event and everyone was happy. There were games and prizes for adults and children. They took care of the complete set up and clean up, all I did was showed up. AnnaMarie was AMAZING. She was so completely helpful and perfect as our day-of coordinator. Everyone that worked with her was impressed with her efficiency, precision and professionalism. She gently guided us through the day and I was able to fully relax and feel that things were being taken care of. My husband is a fairly exacting and organized German and he was so appreciative of the AR Weddings services. Honestly, I could not recommend more. If you're planning a wedding in the bay area, this is your event planner!!!
Elizabeth was a delight to have assist me with decorating the venue for my wedding reception. She met with me over the phone, in person at the venue, at my home, and another location to pick up the items for the reception. The original florist was not able to meet my needy demands, and Elizabeth offered to give me a quote. She was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. The floral arrangement for the centerpieces were gorgeous. I trusted her vision without even seeing the full mock up, and it came out better than expected. She decorated the head table for 14 people, she decorated 10 seating tables, a gift table and a cake table. She did two different centerpiece options for 10 tables. I paid for an extra table centerpiece, which was not needed and she offered to give me the vases that I rented from her, for the refund. She did an amazing job!! If you have an event, I would recommend her again and again. I cannot thank her enough.
Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
Dana has worked at our race (Run Because You Can) in Sacramento, CA for the last few years. She is always very friendly and does a great job face painting. Dana will not leave the park until every child in line gets their turn. Our event will end but she is willing to stay later to finish her precious customers. There have only been compliments about her artwork.

Oh my goodness, I was so, so impressed with Cheri's cooking. I've never, and I mean never, tasted a turkey that was as tender and flavorful as hers. I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of it. She catered our holiday party, and the depth and delight of all her amazing dishes tantalized all the guests. All her dishes we're cooked and baked to perfection. She's a genius in the kitechen, with a down-home, nurturing spirit to boot. I highly recommend Cheri for any catering event you're planning in the future. Your guest will rave that it's the best catered food they've ever had.

We hired Lura and her team for full service planning. There was no stone unturned with her. We are so thankful that we had Lura on our team and she is absolutely amazing! The planning process was so simple and Lura came up with a full proposal to every one of our ideas including the children's room with babysitters and children's entertainment. The best part of it was that Lura worked so well with us even though we were over 500 miles away. She was willing to make all of our ideas come to life no matter how big or small. Including a shot of my wedding dress hanging in the window of my hotel room with my flower girls looking up at the dress. She made sure that the hotel maintenance came to the room to set this up in a window that had no hangings. It is unbelievable the amount of dedication Lura has for her role as a planner and her undivided commitment.
Food was wonderful, staff was nice, Nicholas was great to work with planning my event. Staff could have been more prepared with delivery, supplies and bar knowledge.
A few months ago, my fiancé and I were looking for some general help with our wedding. We never expected we would find someone as professional and on the ball as Amber. After a couple emails, and a short meeting at a coffee shop, Amber was able to take our (admittedly, vague) wedding plans and turn them into something special. We had 175 guests in attendance. On the day of our wedding, we quickly learned how fast things fall behind at that scale. With little to no instruction on the day of, Amber and her team were able to come in and take complete control of the venue, creating a seamless and amazing experience for our guests and us. I think the greatest measure of a service professional is their ability to make even the most invested people (in this case the bride and the groom) forget they were ever planning an event and just have fun with their guests and enjoy their time with them. All I remember about my wedding was hanging out with all of our friends and family (well, and getting married at some point). There were countless small details that my fiancé and I forgot to address before the wedding, and we never even knew about them until the day after. Amber made sure we never had anything to worry about. Even two days later, I'm still getting texts gushing about how this was the best wedding our guests can remember attending. If you're looking for event staff, make sure you talk to Amber. By the end of the long planning process, we were convinced our wedding wasn't going to work out, and that our event would fall flat. But, I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best nights of our lives. In large part, we have Everyday Events to thank for that.
