I hired this company through Thumbtack. I had their service for about 2 months. During that time, my yard was in the worst shape its ever been in. I was paying between $$85 & $95 for service every other week. If it rained...they didn't come but I was still charged...when I inquired about this...the owner told me that when they miss a week...sometimes they have to cut the lawn twice when they did show up... that's assenine...so I watched from upstatirs window and they NEVER had to cut the grass twice after skipping. A service. Twice I went out and asked about weeds and vines and thick patches of thistle thorn that I've never had before...NOW...they are everywhere. They pulled a few but after weeks of lots of rain and neglect from this company..my yard is in the worst shape it's ever been in. When the workers finally brought a tool to cut some of the now growing vines & bushes...they did a half ass job. My son & I STILL had to spend a good hour trying to get all the weeds that are just growing wild everywhere. AND...EVERYTIME they came they would leave my green garbage recycling can just anywhere not even bothering to put it back neatly. The last straw was last Tuesday when I came home and found the bender board broken, the trash can abandoned sideways on the side of my house and weeds everywhere! Always an excuse and my yard looks a hot mess! Either there was NO quality control/supervision OR...they just didn't care. These pictures were taken the day of my yard service... you tell me if you would continue paying for this. If spraying weed killer cost me extra then let me know but dang!! Fix it!Apr 2, 2017Verified

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I replaced three sprinkler valves and four sprinkler heads. I was there approximately two hours which also included troubleshooting time.
