Fit with Felisa

Introduction: I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I am also currently working on my women's workout specialty and group personal trainer specialty through NASM and a Beachbody coach! I have a love and passion for fitness that is deep in my soul. When I am not fit I am not me! I want to help you find yourself. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be the best version of himself/herself possible and maintain great health. These are the reasons I became a certified personal trainer and coach.
