I contacted thumbtack looking to hire some one who could do a few plumbing projects. a along with other home repairs I needed to be done. John emailed me with in a short period of time, with his qualifications and an estimate. He let me know what materials were needed from me, before he arrived, to keep my cost down (very much appreciated). I had talked with other 'handymen' and felt John was the best man to choose. When he arrived, we went over the list of repairs to be done. He explained what his plan of action would be and got to work. He was friendly, positive, with a "I can do it" attitude, and he did! I am very pleased with John's excellent work! I plan to call on him again on other projects I have in mind. Thank you so much John Utz! ~Anna

John Utz is the real deal! I have been a manager and administrator of building and remodeling projects for some time, so have a lot of experience with plumbers, most not so good, especially when it come to pricing. John Utz changed my perception of the plumbing trade. He is honest, intelligent, diligent, on time, just a delightful guy to be around. He came to my place, on time, performed the job above and beyond expectations,and charged me an incredibly reasonable price for much more than I expected to get done. Wow!!
