these people just liked to make create ways to justify more time and then charge you more, created problems so that we had to call them back or not finished things so we had to call back.
they guy got calls and answer them during the time he was working and that of coarse was not taken out of the total amount of time I was charged, really improper way of keeping a healthy business.
