I have had a few trainers before from Golds and Crunch and it was ok but hiring a Fitness Coach who has this level of knowledge and experience is well worth the investment Coach Mervin is awesome. Rated top in SCV I see why.

Mervin is clearly a professional. I am super happy having him as my personal fitness coach. I have had personal training in the past, but this is clearly a level higher and I am confident he knows what I need to do to reach my my goals and build on them. I am interested in losing some weight, getting toned and building some muscle and it is obvious he knows what he is doing. He is confident yet approachable and a great communicator. It is obvious he has a plan of action. I could not be more comfortable or satisfied.

Marvin is my fourth personal trainer. I can tell he is the best in the business. My husband and I do couple sessions and the evolution of my husband is amazing. He also provides meal plans targeted to our goals and suggests supplements that are safe and approved by our doctors. The only downside is his musical taste, subpar =).
