One of the worst services. I had requested for deep cleaning service as I was moving in. I had spoken to Laura(the agent) who was polite and made all the arrangements very well. But the crew who came in for the house cleaning was the worse. It was a family of four. They hardly did their job and charged me the entire payment. The old lady in the family was only arguing over little things. I understand that COVID is going on so if it is difficult for people to find work it is also difficult for us to be spending so much without getting the work done. Sonal, again, I am so sorry you were disappointed. If you recall, your budget was limited since you insisted on getting a 5 hour job with crew of 3+ done with a much lesser budget. I did explain the team was willing to do the job for only what you asked for; however, the team called in to share that you wanted them to take down curtains & clean them, to clean mold in bathrooms, rust in fridge and windows, to lay & secure construction plastic - as they were not prepared with tools to do any type of handyman work - this ate up their cleaning time. In the future, it is important to understand if you want all the work done plus extra, you need to include that in the scope of work and your budget. We wish you the best.
They did a really nice job with what they did clean and I see they do take pride in the cleaning... but that being said I was a bit dissapointed. I wanted the focus to be on the kitchen but there was things in the kitchen I asked for, that were not done. Main thing being I wanted to clean the corners of the fridge and the fridge itself. And trash in kitchen wasn’t taken out, crumbs still left in cabinets. I asked for a deep clean in the kitchen. Seemed like they focused on other parts of the house, which I had not previously asked for. So I was charged extra because they were there for more hours, but I did not ask for all of the extra stuff the spent more time on. I was charged 60$ extra when I was told that it would be a different price. Then was told “it took longer than expected” “estimate was 150-180$” but i was told 150$ and got charged 210$. Kristina, I am so sorry that you felt we did not reply timely to your concern that you needed to post this review. The crew did not get in until 11 pm last night, so we were not able to reply. In cleaning the walls, the team ran into some areas that were not just dirt, which as we discussed would take more time. The team spent 4-1/2 hours on the job instead of 2-1/2 to 3 hours as planned, and we gave you a $30 credit for the extra time spent cleaning the tub which the team did as a bonus since it needed a special process to be cleaned. We were trying to make you happy. I will look into the fridge issue. Again, I am glad you felt we did a nice job. Thank you so much for your business.
