Introduction: Thanks for your interest! I work with mission focused organizations and individuals to support the transformation and forward momentum needed to have an impact. I have spent 15 years working with organizations and leaders impacted by social and environmental injustices on some of the most controversial and unjust challenges. I believes that you have the power to make change through story telling and your lived experiences. But there are often internal blocks that can make moving forward difficult, especially when the injustices have occurred for years or decades. I’m here to help you move past those blocks and recreate the story you want, and need to tell. I'm trained in Co-Active Coaching from the CoActive Training Institute and Ecotherapy from the Holos Institute. Approach: Do you feel like you’ve been telling your story over and over, but aren’t being heard? Are you an emerging or established leader wanting to increase your impact or get a new perspective on your work? I support leaders in advancing their mission, personal and professional, to expand their impact and to step into their future vision of themselves and their organizations. I use a combination of visualizations, embodiment, and human - non-human connection to earth and it’s life to achieve this in collaboration with you.
