We are so pleased with Ariel Builders. They designed a complete kitchen remodel for us, added an island, put in new wood cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops, upgraded all plumbing and electrical and they handled all of the permitting too. I mean this was a complete gut and they were always on time, did everything meticulously and always cleaned up afterwards. I decided to move forward on the master bathroom next and its amazing. Once they finished the remodeling we had them install hardwood floors throughout the entire house, stairs and all. I am so blessed to have had such a great experience with a California contractor, it can be really hard to find one, and this is a new house for us but it needed to really be fixed up. Now we LOVE our new house.

Three years ago we hired Ariel Builders Inc, to install laminate floors in our apartment. During an initial meeting we were shown some samples but at the time of installation the company selected materials by themselves recommending a specific type of product. Less than a year after the installation we noticed that our floors started cracking in different spots throughout the house. We notified Ariel Builder regarding cracks and the owner of the company came to our house and looked at the damage in different spots. Owner of the company (Ariel Builders Inc,) promised that he will send the person from whom he purchased the materials (laminate floors) to see the damage .That person came to our house to access the damage. He conducted a few tests and was trying to convince us that the damage is due to the fact that laminate was exposed to water damage. We showed him that the entire kitchen was under water at some point due to flooding but laminate was not damaged because of that. So to make the story short, Al, the owner of Bel Air flooring company, insisted that our floors had water damage and stated that he is not going to fix areas that are damaged (bubbly floors). That damage is not at one spot but in multiple spots throughout the house in few different rooms. The reason I am writing this review is to help future clients of Ariel Builders Inc. Based on services they provided us with I would not recommend using his Company. This Company is using very cheap materials. Ariel Builders Inc is not the company to use when it comes to your flooring needs.

All I can say is Joseph is amazing. He came out to give us a free estimate and right away provided me next day with a fully detailed bid of the breakdown which helped us to feel more comfortable because the price was more than we expected.. It was a big job our backyard is like 2500 sqft and he sold us on a design first.. After adjustments we decided on a nice paver patio, alumawood patio cover attached to the house, and a great little design of plant’s around border irrigation mulch and a flagstone walkway with artificial turf all around.. Job came off without a hitch, and took about 6 weeks, and 2 weeks on design first. He was a pleasure to work with and we will be calling back to do more work next year. Thanks for being so diligent and attentive to our changes along the way.

Where do I begin? From our first meeting with Tony, thru the entire project, all the way thru the final walkthru of our kitchen, new flooring and bathroom remodeling - we felt like Ariel Builders truly cared about our home. Saadia, another foreman, was phenomenal! We not only trusted their professional opinions about design and style (which turned out beyond our expectations), but they worked within our budget and helped us choose finishing touches that fit our budget! Never overpriced anything, never tried to oversell. My wife and I felt as if our family member was in charge of our home remodeling. fully satisfied client?? Indeed!! We highly recommend choosing Ariel Builders!!

I am so glad I chose your company, after receiving your estimate, I decided to check out a few other companies, and although yours was not the lowest in price, I was extremely comfortable with the experience and professionalism you showed. I did a complete kitchen remodel, custom cabinets, a small bathroom upgrade and got wood floors throughout my entire house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will do our best to MEET or BEAT any fair price on the market apples to apples. We offer senior discounts and military discounts and now we offer nurses, dr's, paramedics, policeofficers and all FRONT LINE workers an additional 10% discount as well. Thank you for your service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out and send over an email with all of our license, bonding, insurance, reviews and profile. We schedule an in-person meeting ( with a half-hour arrival time) and request you spend at least one hour allowing us to show you our portfolio, measure, and discuss your project in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We recently became EPA certified Lead-safe firm. We are specifically licensed and trained as C-15 professional flooring installers, and hardwood floor refinishers. All crews are tranied specifically in there line of expertise ( i.e. landscape, design, construction, irrigation, planting, custom fencing, decking, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, fabrication, tile, etc) We are a member of the NWFA ( National wood flooring association
