Introduction: Hello!! It would be my pleasure to help you achieve your goals!! Here’s my rates & important info to see if your needs meet my expertise. In-Person Organize/Pack/Unpack: Minimum Rate: $240/4HR. Virtual Organizing: Flat Rate $200 (Four 1hr sessions) ORGANIZING INVESTMENT It typically takes 4 to 8hrs to declutter & organize a room. Home offices, garages, or any area that has years’ worth of accumulation will take more. The stress that will be eliminated & serenity gained; time & money saved by knowing where everything is & what you have is priceless!! WHAT TO EXPECT IN AN IN-PERSON ORGANIZING SESSION WITH ME 1) We’ll start the session with a quick Q&A to learn a little bit about you, your goals, & organizing style so I can tailor a system unique to you that you’ll be able to maintain with ease. 2) The decluttering process (toss or donate) so I can organize for your space with your kept belongings & repurpose any organizing storage. I strongly recommend a joint effort to acquaint you with skills helpful for staying organized & eliminating the overabundance trap; however, should you prefer to give me full autonomy of what to keep, toss, or donate, I’m happy to work that way, as well. 3) The magic happens as I batch, categorize, label & problem solve to create designated homes for kept belongings that are breathable & easily accessible. 4) Post session, if the room is done being decluttered & organized, & additional organizing storage options are needed to maximize or streamline your space, I will follow-up with emailed product recommendations. Once you’ve acquired your purchases you can do any of the following: A) Hire me back for another 4hr in-person session to optimize it all for you B) Hire me for an hourly rate (body doubling) virtual coaching session C) Complete the finishing touches on your own. ***Please only select me if you’re ready to hire me, as I pay a fee for each inquiry & instant booking*** WHAT TO EXPECT IN AN VIRTUAL ORGANIZING SESSION WITH ME The process is similar to in-person. The main difference is virtual organizing is similar to life coaching: professional advice, guidance, & accountability to accomplish goals. You have to be able to follow directions, & do all the physical aspects the job requires, finish tasks & homework assignments on your own in between sessions. The benefit is, clients who choose virtual organizing have the highest success rate of maintaining their organizing systems. The guidance & hands-on approach teaches you everything you need to know to accomplish goals & provide long-lasting change. In-person organizing is ideal for those needing help with the physical aspects, discipline, hand-holding, or prefer someone to do all the organizing for them. VIRTUAL ORGANIZING MUST HAVES A) You need one of the following devices: Smart phone, laptop, tablet, or iPad for Zoom video chat (I’ll provide the link) so you can show me the areas needing decluttering/organizing & move around the space as needed. B) Good internet. C) Ability to pay by Zelle (eTransfer) at the beginning of a scheduled session. WHAT TO EXPECT IN A PACKING SESSION WITH ME Prior to session I’ll email you a moving prep: packing supplies & recommendations resource list to look over to guide your decision-making process of what to buy, how much, etc. On the day: Pack & label your belongings with care & upon request, help you figure out what to keep, donate or toss. WHAT TO EXPECT IN A UNPACKING SESSION WITH ME It’s most productive to get you functional (unpack boxes into designated rooms) to access your possessions sooner than later. I recommend any fine-tuning (micro-organizing: sorting, batching, color coordinating, folding to maximize space, etc) post functional. If you prefer functional + fine-tuning simultaneously, I’m happy to do so, it will just take more time. PACK/UNPACK INVESTMENT VARIABLES Unfortunately, I’m not able to give you a definite estimate of how long it will take to pack or unpack because the amount of belongings you may have may differ from someone else with the same amount of space. In addition, if I'm the only one packing or unpacking, or you need help with what to keep, toss, donate, lining shelves & drawers, this will take more time. In general, packing & unpacking kitchens are the most tedious & take the longest. Dishware packing kits are highly recommended if you're trying to save time. Bedrooms with a lot of wardrobe & belongings & garages would be runner up. That said, I recently started keeping track to give clients an idea of the many variables that go into how long it may take. Tara was so incredibly helpful with getting my kitchen organized and set up that I hired her for another day to help me organize my upstairs bedrooms. Tara was amazing to work with. She’s extremely professional, organized, and has a ton of tips/tricks for packing efficiency. She’s also extremely fast. Moving is never easy but Tara made the experience a breeze and alleviated so much of my stress throughout the packing process. She was also careful and treated my things like they were her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Tara again and highly recommend her expert services for your organizational and/or moving/packing needs!

This review is to express my thankfulness to Tara. Tara helped me create a living space out of my chaotic bedroom. I now can feel that my bedroom is livable and peaceful and easier to organize 😊😊 I’m really happy with her work, attitude, helpfulness and accommodating my changes in schedules which I really appreciated. She was always responsive when I reached out to her. I’m glad I met Tara & if I ever need to organize something I won’t think of someone else. Oh and Tara also helped me with my small food storage space so that I can actually find my food. She has many ideas. Thank you Tara ❤️

I invited Tara in for several sessions of home organizing. Tara is very professional, reliable, and affordable. Without her help I'd never have the motivation or the patience to become organized, so I was very appreciative. She recommended products to fit well in my cabinets and after her help the areas organized looked appreciably better. Following our completing my storage units, I told her she was "amazing".

I was lucky enough to find Tara on a home organization website. She gave me an awesome deal. She has the greatest ideas and she is very deliberate. Her focus is on functionality & beauty. She has great respect for her clients and she asks you to decide what to keep & what to throw away. She is not a boot camp Sargent. She's funny and friendly and a pleasure to be around. She is great at providing explanations for functionality & convenience. I now have WILDLY MORE SPACE in the same apartment I've lived in for 4 years. She accomplished all this without mocking my complete organizational incompetence once, even though it begged to be made fun of.. Lol! I am looking forward to my two more appointments with her to tackle the hot mess that is my upstairs. The HOT MESS that was my bedroom is now an organized, easily maintained sleeping facility. Tara is great at reminding you that you're trying to change your life by changing and streamlining your living space. I find I sleep soundly and am not crazed looking for stuff when I wake up. My hours are crazy in that I work at 3:30 am to 12 noonwith rotating days off. Prior to Tara's help, I would wake up ' have to wade thru my closet in the hopes of finding a clean available uniform. Now all the clean uniforms are hung right in a row up front & all the dirty ones are in the hamper in the bathroom. It's worlds easier to plan for and I can sleep an extra 7 minutes because of it! Yeah!! Having all of my things easily accessible saves me an untold amount of stress. She's given me a lot of good techniques for maintaining my newly organized living space. Thus far I haven't had trouble keeping everything arranged as she had it. She's a friendly, funny, and obviously well organized person. She was able to get my vanity in perfect order in less than 20 minutes. Now all my hair things are neatly in one area, makeup separated in another... It was amazing to watch her. Hiring her is one of the best things I've ever done.
