Titan Rodent Control

I've had an excellent experience with Daniel from Titan Rodent Control. He came to my house within a couple of hours of my initial call, did a free inspection, set up traps for a very reasonable price, included in his bid three follow up visits, rodent proofing and solved an ongoing rodent infestation in my attic that the previous company I used couldn't. I couldn't ask for more.

Im impressed. Ive never seen such professionalism as Ive seen with Titan. I used to be a pest control technician myself and the industry has either changed for the better or Titan Rodent Control is raising the bar. Either way, I would never use anybody but these guys.

I found a few rodent droppings in my garage and did not want to run the risk of having an infection in other areas around my property. Titan Rodent Control was fast to respond and fast to knock out the problem. I have referred them to a few of neighbors who had the same positive experience as I did.

Possums used to get stuck between my house and my shed a few times a year. Not a huge concern if they didnt die in that spot. Sometimes I could hear them trying to claw their way out but I would usually end up smelling them through the laundry room vent. Titan Rodent Control is always so friendly when they visit even though my request is always to remove a carcass. When the technician realized this was an ongoing problem, he offered to do exclusion work so animals cant get stuck in the same area. I have had no problems since and I will need to find a new reason to call on Titan Rodent Control. I appreciate the honest work they do.

I live near the 210 and have a mountain behind my neighborhood. I think everyone battles rodents in my area. Our house has been treated by Titan and we rarely have issues. We did have a single occasion just after Titan sealed the holes that rats were going through. Something chewed its way back into the house through a small area in the corner. Titan sent Miguel out to fix the problem with no questions asked.
